Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the project/service has not been initiated.
• Once the development or service process has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window.
• No refunds will be granted once services are delivered or digital products are accessed/downloaded.
• For subscription-based services, refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle, but customers may cancel future renewals.
• In rare cases where Websparks Technologies fails to deliver the agreed service, a partial or full refund may be issued after review.

3. Internship Refund Policy

• For internship programs, refunds will only be generated after confirmation from admin@websparks.in.
• Internship fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced.
• Any request for cancellation before the internship start date must be emailed to admin@websparks.in for review and approval.
